Our theatre is more than just a stage – it’s a home for the community. Alongside our performances, we’re proud to host community-run groups, coffee mornings, and a vital food bank service. We also provide opportunities for the next generation through youth acting lessons, helping young people build confidence and creativity.

COFFEE MORNING
Every Wednesday, we host a friendly coffee morning that brings together people from across the local community. It’s a warm and welcoming space where everyone can drop in for a chat, enjoy a hot drink, and catch up with familiar faces—or meet someone new. Whether you’re popping by for a quick cup or staying for the morning, it’s a lovely way to connect, share stories, and feel part of our community.
Our weekly coffee morning is completely run by our wonderful team of volunteers, who put their time and care into making it a special event each week. They bake a delicious selection of homemade buns, cakes, and pastries, filling the room with the smell of freshly baked treats. Their hard work and warm hospitality create a welcoming atmosphere where everyone can enjoy good company, great conversation, and a true taste of community spirit.
FOOD BANK
Our community food bank runs every eight weeks and provides essential support to families and individuals in need. Thanks to generous donations and the help of volunteers, we’re able to offer food parcels and basic necessities to those facing difficult times. It’s more than just a place to collect groceries—it’s a caring community effort that ensures no one is left without support when they need it most.
Last Christmas, our community food bank was able to support over 40 families, providing essential food parcels and a bit of comfort during the festive season. This incredible achievement was only possible thanks to the kindness and generosity of our local community. From donations to volunteer time, every bit of support made a real difference to families in need, showing just how powerful it is when a community comes together to care for one another.
