Ticket Booking Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending this event, you (the "ticket holder") agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Ticket Sales & Refund Policy

All tickets are sold on a strict no-refund basis.
Tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable unless otherwise stated by the event organiser.
Reselling tickets for profit or through unauthorised third parties is strictly prohibited.

2. Proof of Identity

Ticket holders may be required to provide valid proof of identification (e.g. passport, driving licence or government-issued ID) upon entry or at any time during the event.
Failure to provide valid ID when requested may result in refusal of entry or removal from the venue without refund.

3. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling

If the event is cancelled, ticket holders may be offered a transfer to a future date or a credit at the organiser’s discretion.
If the event is rescheduled, existing tickets will remain valid for the new date. Refunds will not be issued unless required by applicable law.

4. Admission & Entry Rights

The organiser and venue reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any individual for reasons including, but not limited to: disorderly conduct, intoxication, aggressive behaviour, failure to comply with venue rules, or inability to provide valid ID.
Late arrival may result in delayed or denied entry; no refunds will be issued.

5. Age Restrictions

Age restrictions may apply depending on the event. Where applicable, anyone under the specified age must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
The organiser reserves the right to enforce age-related entry conditions.
Persons aged 3 years and above must show a valid ticket upon entry.

6. Health & Safety

All ticket holders must comply with health, safety and security measures as instructed by staff or signage at the venue.
Bags and personal belongings may be subject to security checks.
In case of emergency, attendees must follow instructions from venue staff promptly.

7. Liability

Attendance is at your own risk. The organiser, venue, and associated partners accept no responsibility for loss, injury, or damage to persons or property, except where caused by proven negligence.
Ticket holders are responsible for their own personal belongings at all times.

8. Photography, Video & Media Consent

The event may be photographed, filmed, or recorded. By attending, you consent to the use of your likeness in any promotional, marketing, or broadcast material without compensation.
The use of personal cameras or recording equipment is restricted at all times.

9. Behaviour & Conduct

Abusive, offensive, or disruptive behaviour towards performers, staff, or other attendees will not be tolerated.
Failure to comply with venue rules may result in removal without refund.

10. Dress Code

Where a dress code is specified for the event, ticket holders must adhere to it.
Entry may be denied for inappropriate or unacceptable attire.
