Montgomery Hall Theatre – Ticket Refund Policy

All tickets purchased for events at Montgomery Hall Theatre are non-refundable, as clearly stated at the time of booking.

Please note the following conditions:

• Tickets cannot be refunded due to changes in personal circumstances, illness, travel disruption, or any other reason not directly related to the event.

• Tickets cannot be transferred to another performance, event, or production staged at Montgomery Hall Theatre.

• Refunds will only be issued if an event is cancelled by Montgomery Hall Theatre or by the performing artist(s).

• In the event of a cancellation, refunds will be made to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to be processed, although processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
