A: If an event is cancelled, we will offer you a ticket for the rescheduled date if the show is postponed. If you are unable or prefer not to attend the new date, you can request a full refund. This policy ensures that you either have the opportunity to attend the event at a later time or receive complete reimbursement.
A: Unfortunately, we do not offer companion or carer tickets. As a small charity-run organization, we rely entirely on our ticket sales to fund each production and maintain the best possible price point for all attendees. We appreciate your understanding and support, which enables us to continue providing quality events at accessible prices.
